WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

You must request a return or return within 7 days from the day your order is delivered through this form. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Once approved, domestic returns must be received within 2 weeks,  international returns must be received within 3 weeks. Returns received outside of these windows will be issued Credit Notes. Credit Notes are valid for 3 months for the date that are issued. 

 

If you are planning to purchase some jeans as a gift, please do let us know prior so we can add extended window for exchanges. We do offer gift cards for purchase. Email us at customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com

 

Please note that ALL pre-orders and items purchased with any promotional discount code are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued, however exchanges are welcome while sizes last.

 

Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Once we receive your request through the form, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restock fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund for the returned items. The Feel Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

 

If approved for a size swap, you will receive a Credit Note. Please note, Credit Notes may not be changed to refunds once they are approved and issued. Credit Notes are valid for 3 months for the date that are issued. 

 

Items labeled final sale are not eligible for returns.

 

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

If you've met our requirements, you may submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) number by filling out this form.

Please do not attempt to return your item until you have received an email from us with an RA number, as we will not be able to issue you a refund without an RA number.

MY JEANS DIDN'T FIT. WHAT DO I DO?

Choosing a size can be hard and we want to make sure you totally love the fit. If your jeans didn’t fit, we encourage you to reach out to customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com. Our team offers personalized help with measurements and sizing.

 

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM?

Please do not return any items before requesting an Return Authorization (RA) Number. To request an RA Number, please fill out this form. We will provide you with shipping instructions once your return has been authorized. All items need to be received into our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Please note that domestic returns must be received within 2 weeks. International returns must be received within 3 weeks. Returns received outside of these windows will be issued Credit Notes.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Once we receive your approved return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund. The funds can take up to 10 days to post to your original form of payment.  When we receive your approved returned item, we send the refund immediately, but your bank will take time to process it. This is entirely dependent on your bank. You can find out more by contacting your bank directly.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost of returning item/s to the The Feel Studio Inc. warehouse for a refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US.
Any customs duties and sales taxes paid on your purchase are non-refundable through The Feel Studio Inc.
We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.

 

NON ACCEPTANCE OF A DELIVERY

If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, The Feel Studio Inc. will not be able to issue a refund.
We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Please do be aware of customs, duty fees and taxes that the customer is liable for.

  

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Our garments pass three quality control inspections to ensure they meet the highest standards. However, if you have a concern please contact us at customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com within 1 day of receiving your garment so we can review.

 

REPEATED RETURNS

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your The Feel Studio Inc account.
