Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Each order varies in shipping price. We do offer standard or express all of which is added to your order as you wish. *Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may apply upon delivery. For more information see below.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For Domestic orders, we offer 3 shipping options:

1)First Class Package: 1-3 business days once your order ships

2) Priority Mail: 1-3 business days once your order ships

3) Priority Mail Express: 1 business day once your order ships (order must be placed before 12:00 pm)

For all International Orders we offer:
USPS First Class Package International: 7 to 21 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 10 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3 to 5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-4 business days to most major cities

Note: There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 24 hours from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3 PM, (Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Please take note of time differences when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to 'Shipped'. As we ship orders Monday - Friday PST, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.

Note, your order will be marked with the status 'Order Received' or 'Awaiting Pick Up' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to 'Shipped' until after the package is already in transit. If you did not receive an email with tracking details after 48 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in L.A. We use USPS for domestic orders and DHL for all international orders. You can track parcels via the USPS or DHL website. If you are having any problems tracking your items, please email customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES?

Our main warehouse ships orders directly from Los Angeles, CA. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Our prices and shipping costs are exclusive of these charges. The Feel Studio Inc. does not cover any customs duties, taxes or fees which may be applied to your order by your local government and be payable upon delivery. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

When calculating your order value to your local currency, please remember that all our prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).
