Shipping Returns Cart
Please allow 24 hours from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Please take note of time differences when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders.
For Domestic Orders, we offer 2 shipping options:
• FedEx Ground (4 business days)
• FedEx 2 Day (2 days Monday - Saturday)
Domestic orders ship via FedEx and do not require a signature for delivery. You may choose to add a signature to your package at checkout for an additional charge. If you know you won’t be home to receive your package, to avoid any lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend you use the complimentary FedEx Home Delivery Manager. The service allows you to provide delivery instructions, request your package be held at FedEx for pickup, and sign up to receive email/phone alerts for your package.
For International orders, we offer 1 shipping option:
• DHL Express Shipping (4 business days after order is processed and received by carrier)
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.
Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Items labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds.
Please note that ALL pre-orders are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued, however exchanges are welcome while sizes last.
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the day your order is delivered. Domestic returns must be received within 2 weeks. International returns must be received within 3 weeks. Returns received outside of these windows will be issued Credit Notes.
The item(s) must be in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.
Please do not attempt to return your item until you have received an email from us with your RA number. As we will not be able to issue a refund without one.
If approved for a size swap, you will receive a Credit Note. Please note, Credit Notes may not be changed to refunds once they are approved. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any other questions.
