Shipping Returns Cart


Please allow 24 hours from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the daily cut off or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Please take note of time differences when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders.

For Domestic orders, we offer 3 USPS shipping options:

First Class Package, Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express.

For all International orders we offer 4 shipping options:

USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International & DHL Express Shipping.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.

Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.


Items labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns

You must request a return within 7 days from the day your order is delivered.

The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.

Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume.The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.

Please do not attempt to return your item until you have received an email from us with our RA number. As we will not be able to issue you a refund without one.

If our customer service approves your order for a size swap, all Credit Notes are final once issued.
