WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE FEEL STUDIO INC?

The Feel Studio Inc. garments are exclusively available here at our www.thefeelstudioinc.com online store, and cannot be purchased via any other website or store. 


WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).
Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars and then converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and we accept Paypal.

 

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

You can contact us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com and one of our customer service specialists will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

Our customer service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday - Friday United States PST. Any enquiries sent on Saturday-Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

It’s true, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! We recommend taking our Find Your Fit Quiz for our best size suggestions and watching a video testimonial or two. You can also compare your measurements to our size charts. On each product page you can find individual garment notes under view measurements. If you are still not sure, don’t worry, email us at customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer United States domestic and global shipping with the option of standard or express shipping to all destinations. The cost of shipping will be added at checkout to your total.

Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Los Angeles. See Shipping & Returns page for more information.

 

WHERE ARE THE FEEL STUDIO INC. PIECES MADE?

The Feel Studio Inc. garments are designed, assembled, and sustainably washed by our team in California. All our garments are The Feel Studio Inc. original designs and each print is trademarked to our brand.

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

 

You must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the day your order is delivered through this form,  The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Once approved, domestic returns must be received within 2 weeks,  international returns must be received within 3 weeks. Returns received outside of these windows will be issued Credit Notes. Credit Notes are valid for 3 months for the date that are issued. 

 If you are planning to purchase some jeans as a gift, please do let us know prior so we can add extended window for exchanges. We do offer gift cards for purchase. Email us at customerservice@thefeelstudioinc.com

Please note that ALL pre-orders and items purchased with any promotional discount code are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds will be issued, however exchanges are welcome while sizes last.

Please note any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Once we receive your request through the form, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restock fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund for the returned items. The Feel Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

If approved for a size swap, you will receive a Credit Note. Please note, Credit Notes may not be changed to refunds once they are approved and issued. Credit Notes are valid for 3 months for the date that are issued. 

Items labeled final sale are not eligible for returns.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Our garments pass three quality control inspections to ensure they are the highest standards. However, if you have a concern please contact us within 1 day of receiving your garment so we can review. 

 

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS/RETURNS.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
All claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.

 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Yes. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once orders are placed they are sent through the the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received.

The Feel Studio Inc. cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
